On Jan. 16th  2010,  we executed a wonderful event at the Coronado Community Center.  This all-inclusive package came complete with  DJ, photographer, videographer, cake, floral, limo, day of coordinator and cuisine.  We served our most popular and delicious signature dish, Salmon En Croute- fresh Wild Salmon baked in puff pastry with spinach, goat cheese, wild mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes.  Complimented  with cream cheese mashed potatoes. Next was the  Chianti Braised Angus Superior Beef, grilled to perfection .  As with most of the times, we served them  as a dual entrée,  with smaller portions of both,  so everyone could taste these extraordinarily prepared dishes that  The Abbey Catering and Event Design has to offer.

There were 110 individuals enjoying themselves at t he vintage themed event; white feather center pieces amongst hanging crystals. A fun aspect of this wedding was that the guests got to take pictures of themselves with different themes, insuring a memorable event for all!

On January 15, 2010 we hosted an event catering to over 250 individuals for Haley & Justin’s wedding. The event went flawlessly and the wedding itself was beautiful. Striving to be the best in the wedding industry, The Abbey did an amazing job in seeing that each one of the guests on the guest list was given extra special treatment and the event came off without a hitch.

On January 3, 2010 we hosted a half Polish, half American wedding at the La Jolla Woman’s Club. The music played at this event was something that really stood out; playing Polish pop music made this wedding very fun and out of the ordinary.
