If you’ve ever been to the San Diego Convention Center, you’ll know that aside from Comic Con and numerous trade shows, meetings and special events, the center is used every day for something entirely different – exercise!
These fitness fanatics have the right idea. Just half an hour working out on the Convention Center steps can burn up to 250 calories and tone up those problem areas on the legs as well as keeping your derriere in shape – perfect to warm up those muscles for the first dance on your big day!
Start by warming up. Time-to-Run has some good exercises to ensure your muscles are prepared for the intensity of a work out. Then begin the workout by simply running up and back down the steps one at a time, followed by two steps at a time. For the third ascent, return to one at a time, this time slowly bringing the straightened leg up behind you after each step. Take care on the descents! Do this whole routine four times, reversing the order each time, with plenty of water breaks to combat the sweating!
This whole routine should take between 45-60 minutes and can be pretty intensive, but stick with it 2-3 times a week and you’ll soon get that perfect wedding night body that your new husband will find irresistible!
