Salad Course

Our organic spring mix house salad will define any meal. We start with only fresh greens and top with crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, and toasted almonds. We then hand-toss it all in a delicious raspberry vinaigrette which is sure to tantalize even the most refined palettes.

Crisp, whole Romaine-heart leaves and our unique creamy Caesar dressing are the heart of our traditional caesar salad. We use only fresh lemon juice and fresh ground pepper, nothing is pre-mixed. Accent with freshly-toasted French-baguette butter croutons, and you have an upscale Caesar that can't go wrong.

Main Course

Chicken Cordon Bleu – Taste our famous Chicken Cordon Bleu with fresh Provolone and accented with roasted potatoes and stuffed zucchini.

Marinated Rack of Lamb - Enjoy our tender lamb drenched in our own special marinade. To compliment are roasted red potatoes and herb braised baby artichokes.
