That's why we're always flexible with our options, and take care not to burden you with extra expenses. Every wedding package we offer includes china, flatware, stemware, and linen napkins. Salad Course

Our organic spring mix house salad will define any meal. We start with only fresh greens and top with crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, and toasted almonds. We then hand-toss it all in a delicious raspberry vinaigrette which is sure to tantalize even the most refined palettes.

Crisp, whole Romaine-heart leaves and our unique creamy Caesar dressing are the heart of our traditional Caesar salad. We use only fresh lemon juice and fresh ground pepper, nothing is pre-mixed. Accent with freshly-toasted French-baguette butter croutons, and you have an upscale Caesar that can't go wrong.

Main Course

Citrus Marinated Chicken – scored and finished in our signature champagne and fresh herb light cream sauce. Complimented by creamy rosemary mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables.

Salmon En Croute – Fresh wild salmon wrapped in puff pastry and stuffed with sautéed spinach, wild mushrooms, and goat cheese. Accented with citrus infused Basmati rice with bay leaves over julienne vegetables.
